We bought these as we had several single ones of different resistant weight that all broke around the same time. What a fantastic idea to have multiple bands that you just hook up to a handle. So versatile, they do not take up much space at all but give you just as good of a workout as if you used dumbbells. Both my husband and I have been using these and getting a good workout. I can already see more tone in my arms. The process of purchasing these was so easy, they were shipped out really quickly and arrived about a week after purchase. I would recommend these!

I was looking at these for months before I bought them & I really like it!!! There are so many exercises you can do and it doesn’t seem like you are doing exercises. It’s easy and convenient. Any activity level can use them!!! The packing is small so you can bring them with you. Would definitely recommend buying!!!

I love this band set. It allows me to do a lot of the exercises I would normally do at a gym in my own house. With the different tension levels of bands you can really build muscle with this set. The quality seems really good so far and the price was great. I live in Victoria BC and my package arrived in the mail in only a few days.

All the gyms are closed and with being in quarantine I had to get a set of bands. With all the resistance bands you find on amazon, facebook and instagram you can't tell whats legit. So glad I found stayfitinside!

I couldn't find my email with the order number to track the package, so I called the support #....It was 10 pm BC time. I was just going to leave a message for the coming work day to see if they could re-email it. A fella, I assume one of the business owners actually answered the phone (I probably woke the poor dude up), and solved the problem, gave me the info and the shipping arrival all in about 4 minutes.....If I ever need anything else I will use them, and Ive recommended them to others.

Until I bought these I hadn’t realized how effective they could be. I always assumed there were way too many limitations to having an effective workout with bands. This is not the case! After a week of band workouts I’ve discovered that the sky is the limit with what you can do with them. There’s so much price gouging going on with selling workout equipment online these days so I had to come up with a different Plan so I bought these, and I’m happy to say I have zero regrets!
